Survivorship Support provides weekly peer-led groups (in-person and virtual), wellness workshops (nutrition, gentle movement), and a dedicated Survivor Navigator to help you schedule appointments, access resources, and connect with local services. Our program emphasizes dignity.
Free, confidential counseling provided by licensed clinicians trained in psycho-oncology. Services include individual therapy, family sessions, caregiver counseling and group therapy for anxiety, depression, or survivorship-related trauma. Telehealth and in-person appointments available.
Our Navigation team helps survivors and families with emergency grants for rent and utilities, transportation vouchers, medication access programs and insurance navigation. We coordinate with social workers and hospital partners to reduce barriers to treatment continuity.
Re-entry support includes resume and interview coaching, workplace accommodation planning, liaison services with employers and schools, and tutoring for student survivors. Our coaches help craft realistic, compassionate re-entry plans.
For survivors with advanced illness, we coordinate palliative care resources, symptom management referrals, and family counseling. We prioritize comfort, dignity and shared decision-making.
